Kombucha is such a delicious beverage and oh so good for you. It is also the easiest way to step into the incredibly addictive world of fermenting. The best part is, if you can make a cup of black, sweet tea; you most certainly can make a divine batch of Kombucha. In this workshop you’ll follow a super easy recipe to use a SCOBY and all the other ingredients you need to make a 2 litre batch to take home. I’ll equip you with the knowledge you need to look after your brew, flavour it, bottle it, successfully carbonate it and repeat so you can continue to nourish your family and friends with lots of delicious drinks.
